Your experience begins once your payment has been completed.

After your purchase, you will be personally contacted via email or WhatsApp to coordinate a date and time that best fits your availability and Karol's schedule.

Each Personal BaZi Energy Map Consultation requires advance preparation and a personalized analysis of your BaZi chart before the session. For this reason, appointments are scheduled individually to ensure a carefully prepared, high-quality experience.

Please allow up to 48 business hours to receive communication regarding the scheduling of your consultation.

It is the client's responsibility to attend the consultation at the scheduled time.

The client is also responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, an appropriate space to participate in the session, and access to Zoom prior to the start of the consultation.

We recommend testing the application, audio, camera, and meeting link in advance to ensure a smooth experience and make the most of the session time.

The consultation will begin and end according to the scheduled appointment time, regardless of delays caused by technical issues, connection problems, or lack of prior preparation on the part of the client.

Due to the time required for preparation, chart analysis, and the reservation of dedicated appointment time, all Personal BaZi Energy Map Consultation sales are final.

If you need to reschedule your consultation, you must submit your request at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. One complimentary reschedule will be permitted, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to additional fees or forfeiture of the session.

In the event of a no-show, the consultation will be considered completed and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Refunds are not provided for voluntary cancellations, changes of mind, or failure to attend a scheduled consultation.
