Respectful Space

Every session takes place in a safe, confidential environment built on mutual respect.

All interactions are expected to be conducted with kindness, honesty, and consideration. La Magia del Viento reserves the right to end a session without refund if any disrespectful, aggressive, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior occurs.

Our commitment is to provide a space where you can express yourself freely, feel heard, and be supported without judgment.

To protect your privacy and create the best environment for your personal growth, we kindly ask that you attend your session from a quiet, private space free from distractions.

Booking Policy

Once your payment has been completed, you will receive an email within 24 hours from karol@lamagiadelviento.com or hola@lamagiadelviento.com to coordinate the date and time of your session.

Please let us know your preferred days and times, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session at no additional cost by providing at least 48 hours' notice.

Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice cannot be rescheduled, and the session will be considered completed.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients' appointments.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without notifying us, your appointment will be considered a no-show.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your session and fail to provide at least 48 hours' notice, the session cannot be rescheduled.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

Refunds are not provided for booked sessions, coaching programs, digital products, or any other services or products offered by La Magia del Viento.
